5岁的时候，冈里清春经历了1995年的阪神淡路大地震。当时有一曲名为《传递幸福》的歌曲，为受灾地区的人民送上了祝福与希望。20年后，冈里担任神户女子高中合唱部的顾问，在此期间发生了极其悲惨的3•11东日本大地震，所负责的一届学生即将毕业，冈里有感而发，他临时改变了毕业表演的曲目，希望女孩们能在即将离去的时刻再度唱响那首《传递幸福》。与冈里偷偷进行师生恋的18岁女孩水岛朝海来自福岛，她对此似乎格外抵触。直到某天，朝海拒绝登校，不再唱歌。她离家出走，独自返回阔别了四年之久的故乡福岛。 冈里跟踪着闹别扭的小恋人坐上前往福岛的列车，而朝海当年跑去各地避难的同学也相继回到了这里……
